Join us for our volunteer event for Pillows for Paws! This event will run from 1-5pm and allow you to sew dog and cat beds that will be donated to Animal Care Centers of NYC, our city's animal shelter! Already know how to sew? Hop on a machine and make as many beds as you can! New here?! Don’t worry, we will be teaching TWO sewing demos throughout the event to teach you how to thread and use the sewing machine before you get to make your own bed or two. Feel free to come and go as you please during the event!
This event is FREE but if you'd like to help us cover costs for fabric, there is a suggested donation of $10 (or donate what you want!)
